Alex sold private jets for a living before setting up Bonnie Gull. More content with a plate of langoustines on the beach than a bowl of caviar in the sky he's glad he made the switch. Alex's influences for Bonnie Gull come from the simple seafood restaurants around the coast of his native Scotland. He is passionate about championing British seafood.
Co-Founder & Director
Danny is the other half of Bonnie Gull's foundation and one half of DJ duo Krankbrother. Danny's seafood influences come from visits to family in County Clare and Dorset. Whilst living the hectic lifestyle of restaurateur by day and DJ by night, Danny can always find time for a dozen Porthilly oysters and cold bottle of Chablis.
Executive Head Chef
Christian has a degree in theology and philosophy from Edinburgh University and learned his cooking trade from Pierre Koffman. He started with the company as a sous chef and quickly rose to head chef of our Fitzrovia restaurant. He now oversees all food for the group as executive chef. Christian's inspiration comes from the incredible produce around the British Isles.
