We will be serving up a delicious menu of barbequed British seafood in the heart of Mayfair, featuring Lobster for the West coast of Scotland and crab from Devon. Pop down on Tuesday 11th and 18th July, from 12:45 -13:30 for a master class on how to cook with seafood with Executive Chef, Christian Edwardson. Using the best of British produce, Christian will demonstrate how to prepare, cook and dress popular seafood dishes. From how to crack and pick a crab, to de-boning a turbot, you will learn some great tips that you can take back to your own kitchens."
