Learn how to prep oysters like a pro with our Head Chef Richard Hards. Enhance your shellfish knowledge by hearing all the facts about oysters, watch a close-up demonstration of oyster opening & then have a go at shucking & dressing your own.

The experience includes a 3-course shellfish themed meal using dressed oysters, cockles, clams & mussels, followed by a delicious seasonal tart for dessert. Also included in the ticket price is half a bottle of handpicked wine.
